The beverage processing machinery is made of stainless steel 304, automatically control. Automatic Beer processing brewhouse is used for making wort from malt by a series of operation. Fermentation is used to make wort fermenting and beer mature. Brewers can also use this machinery to make cider. All the beverage machineary materials can ensure sanitary.

3. Convenient cabinet control of all brewing process, semi-automatic operation brewery.

4. With mobile CIP for cleaning fermentation and conditioning tanks.

1000L fermentation tank and brite tanks

1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available.

2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished.

3. With cooling jacket on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and glycol tank.

4. Side manhole, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement.

5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, equipped with tap, temperature sensor, faucet.

6. Glycol inlet and outlet.

7. PU insulation 50mm.

Brew Water Plant

• with a pre-treatment water tank, and a brew water tank, water plant
• the active carbon bottle can be replaced by food grade stainless steel.
